It has been a life long dream of mine to become an event planner & coordinator. Growing up in the industry, I have learned all the ins and outs of what it takes to pull off a perfect event. I even planned my own wedding!! Through God and the support of my family, my dreams are coming true. I cant wait to plan an event with you!!

You’ve chosen the venue, booked your vendors, and planned the details. As your event gets closer, we step in to organize everything and make sure your plans are ready to be executed.
Our Month-Of Coordination service is designed to take the final planning workload off your plate. We’ll review your plans, connect with your vendors, finalize the timeline, identify any missing details, and create a clear game plan for event day.

Your event has been planned. Now it’s time to celebrate.
Our Day-Of Coordination service puts an experienced Event Local coordinator in charge of the logistics so you, your family, and your guests can be present for the moments that matter. We’ll manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee setup, handle transitions, and troubleshoot anything that comes up behind the scenes.

Your Questions, Answered
Do you only plan weddings?
Not at all! Weddings are one part of what we do, but Event Local is designed to be a resource for every occasion. We love creating everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale events and corporate gatherings.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! We serve the Southeast Texas area and are happy to discuss events outside of our standard service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Can you work with a venue's preferred vendors?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work with your venue's preferred vendors and can coordinate with them throughout the planning process and on event day.
